The "Code" stipulates: "Double-row scaffolding with a height of 24m or more shall be continuously provided with tool supports on the full height of the outer side". The inspection shows that there are problems in some construction sites, such as insufficient span, discontinuous, not through and not fixed, which can not play a role in stabilizing the support. 5. Unreasonable installation of each wall

The Code stipulates: "For double-row scaffolding with a height of 24m or more, rigid wall materials shall be used to connect with the building." On the construction site found during the inspection, there were too few settings on each wall, or flexible joints were used, resulting in unstable brackets. It was found that there were also construction sites that were not closely connected with buildings and had no effect at all.

6. The setting of the small bar is unreasonable

It is stipulated in the specification that the main node of the frame body adjusts the small cross bar, but some construction sites adopt the method of installation at separate roots. Although it only saves materials, it will cause certain risks on the whole. In addition, the setting of the small crossbar also considers the laying of the shelf, and cannot violate the specification of "the sum of the protruding lengths of the two scaffolding boards is less than 300mm.

7. The setting height of steel pipe fastener scaffold rack is not enough

The "Code" stipulates: "The front end of the valve stem should be 1 meter higher than the parapet epithelium and 1.5m higher than the mouth epithelium of the eaves". 8. Safety net hanging is not standardized

Some construction site safety nets are made of unqualified materials, tied up poorly, the two nets are blocked, and the hanging methods are inconsistent. During the construction of super high-rise buildings, protective nets shall be set up inside the nets to prevent objects from being hit.

9. Inadequate security protection

The "Code" stipulates: "Steel pipe fastener scaffolding shall be laid stably, 120~150mm away from the wall surface, calculated from the scaffolding board on the top working layer, and the scaffolding board shall be laid every 12m." In fact, some sites fail to do so. Even if there are no shelves, there are square materials or steel molds instead of shelves. Although there are shelves in part of the working layer, there are many probe plates. If they are not bound by iron wires, people can easily fall off.

10. Inspection and Acceptance

The Code stipulates: "The scaffold and foundation of steel pipe fasteners shall be inspected and inspected in the following stages. After the foundation is completed and before the scaffold is erected; before the operation layer bears the load; after each ride of 10m ~ 13m to reach the design height after encountering 6-level heavy rainfall, after freezing in cold areas; stop working for more than one month".
