1. Stand

2. Install large crossbar

Scaffolding longitudinal and transverse direction of each for 1.5 meters of large crossbar steps, can meet the requirements of floor operation, but not more than 1.5 meters. The large crossbar needs to be set up with the necessary horizontal connection, using a one-letter comic long connection, and cannot be connected with a hinge card. The upper/lower connectors in the same row as the synchronized internal row connectors are staggered vertically. Use cross cards on the side of the large crossbar and table lamp.

3. Installation of small crossbars: the spacing of small crossbars is about 1.50 meters apart according to the spacing of vertical bars, the wall end is 30cm away from the structural wall, the outer end is 5cm away from the outside of the vertical bars, the spacing of small crossbar plates cannot be greater than 1.5 meters, and cannot be greater than 3.0 meters when no boards are laid. After fixing the small crossbar and vertical bar, the construction fastener manufacturer believes that the cross card can not be replaced by the hinge card. The small crossbar should be pressed on the large crossbar and cannot be hung from below.

4. The soles of the feet

This project uses 5cm thick wooden scaffolding, made of pine or fir, 4 meters long, 20~25cm wide, single weight below 30kg. The construction layer scaffolding is laid, laid, and firmly laid, the probe board, wood board, scaffolding, and scaffolding connectors are in contact with each other, and double horizontal rods are installed at the connection. 5 Protection

The railing is set between the upper and lower large crossbars outside the working surface, with a height of 1/2 step, and is set according to the working surface. Installed on the outer row vertical pole during construction. A cross card should be applied where the railing and the railing intersect, and the one-word card is connected like a large crossbar.

The small eye net should be completely blocked from bottom to top, and the large crossbar on the same layer as the footstool should be firmly tied to avoid water leakage. During the rescue, the small eye net was sealed on the outer shelf.

6. Building fastener manufacturers share safety measures:

Steel pipe: the pipe is flat, with an outer diameter of 48~51mm, a wall thickness of 3~3.5mm, a length of 6 meters, 3 meters and 2 meters, and can be used for 4 meters. Before entering the market, the business license and qualification certificate of the production enterprise shall be checked, the quality guarantee (certificate of approval) shall be provided on site, and the appearance quality shall be checked.

Fasteners: Fasteners produced by departments that require approval from the Ministry of Labor. There are no defects in appearance, flexible connection and rotation, and factory certification. After checking the appearance quality, it is found that there are embrittlement, deformation, slippage, and shaft removal is prohibited.

Jumping board, pine or fir, 2~6 meters long, 5cm thick and 23~25cm wide, tied with lead wire after purchase. The construction fastener manufacturer believes that the rotten arm crack has active nodes, and the foot soles with severe offset and deformation cannot be used.
