The step distance of the large crossbar and the spacing of the small crossbar in the vertical pole can be selected according to Table 3-2, and the step distance of the bottom layer can be enlarged to 1.8m, which is convenient for the passage and transportation of the construction personnel at the bottom layer.
Steel pipe scaffold fasteners include vertical rods, large crossbars, small crossbars, braces, diagonal rods and throwing braces (diagonal braces set outside the scaffold elevation).
(1) The foundation within the erection range of fastener-type steel pipe scaffold shall be tamped and leveled, and drainage treatment shall be done to prevent water from soaking the foundation.
(2) The step distance of the large crossbar and the spacing of the small crossbar in the vertical pole can be selected according to Table 3-2, and the step distance of the bottom layer can be enlarged to 1.8m, which is convenient for the passage and transportation of the bottom layer construction personnel.
(3) The base of the pole shall be underlaid with boards or pads. Attention should be paid to the erection of the vertical pole. When erecting the first section of the vertical column, a throwing brace (perpendicular to the large cross bar and supported on the ground at one end) should be temporarily set up every 6 spans, until the fixed parts are erected, they can be removed according to the situation.
(4) The bracing is set in the double span at both ends of the scaffold and in the double span with a clear distance of 30m in the middle, and is only arranged at 45 degrees to the ground on the outside of the shelf. When erecting, a diagonal rod shall be buckled on the protruding part of the small horizontal rod. At the same time, with the masonry of the wall, a connecting rod and wall anchor shall be set, and the fasteners shall be tightened.
(5) The dismantling of scaffolding shall be carried out from top to bottom in the order of layer down, and simultaneous operation of up and down is strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to remove the whole layer or several layers of fixed parts and then remove the scaffold. Throwing is strictly prohibited, and the unloaded materials should be concentrated. Pedestrians are strictly prohibited from entering the construction site, and unified command should be taken and echoed from top to bottom to ensure safety.
